Physical Exercise


Introduction: Physical exercise means the movement of our limbs according to certain rules. It is good for health. It gives us health and strength. It is necessary to preserve health. We cannot enjoy sound health without it. Physical exercise makes a person active and strong. This keeps him free from various deadly diseases.

Different types of exercises: Different types of physical exercises. Good form of walking, horseback riding, swimming, rising and a variety of game exercises. Not suitable for all of them. There are several physical exercises like badminton, cricket, hockey, football, tennis. Quite an excellent exercise for women's table tennis and badminton. On the other hand, walking which is very simple and easy exercise is good for the weak and old.

Exact timing of exercise: Physical exercise should not be taken all the time. It must be taken in the open air. So morning and evening are the best time to take physical exercise. Closed room is not the right place to take exercise. We need to take regular physical exercise. But remember, no exercise should be done immediately after eating or on an empty stomach. Do not take exercise. It can say health.

Importance: Physical exercise develops all parts of our body. It keeps our word. It helps us to be happy and active. It helps us to digest food and keeps the body free from various diseases. Our lives are full of struggles and activities. Only one can deal with them if they have physical fitness and mental alertness. Physical exercise is essential to fit our physical body.A person has a good mind only when he has a body of his own. Thus, a word mind within a word body is the most important of all physical exercises. Exercise takes our minds away from the rigors of work and fills us with joy. It enhances our biography. . Physical exercise also refreshes our minds with our fresh energy and helps us return to work with improved energy. So we need to take physical exercise every day.

Conclusion: Health is the root of all happiness. Physical exercise keeps us healthy. Many people do not exercise regularly. Then soon lose their health. They fall prey to many diseases. So the need to take exercise should not be ignored. Physical exercise prolongs our lives and strengthens our minds. If we want to keep our mind and body fresh, we should do regular physical exercises.
